PID Controllers – This advanced controller features for the most demanding temperature or process applications. Equipped standard with dual, 4-digit LED displays for local indication of process value and set point. Control methods include ON/OFF, PID, self-tune, and manual tune. PID control is supported with 64 temperature and time (ramp/soak) control actions and is equipped with an alarm mode. The controller also features universal input, selectable temperature units (°F/°C), selectable resolution, quick sampling rate and security protection.
Electronic Temperature Controllers – These easy to use and built to last controllers can read in °F or °C , utilize 24 or 120/240 VAC supply power and come in a NEMA 4X watertight, corrosion resistance enclosure. They are single-stage, electronic temperature controls with a Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) output relay. They feature a lockable front-panel touchpad for setup and adjustment, and a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) for viewing the temperature and status of other functions. A Light-Emitting Diode (LED) indicates the controls’ output relay On/Off status.
The controllers have an adjustable set point and differential, an adjustable anti-short cycle delay, and a temperature offset function. The set point range is -30 to 212°F (-34 to 100°C). The controls feature remote sensing capability and interchangeable sensors.
