Con Ed High Voltage Pipe
 This project designed for the NYC Power Authority, Con Edison, consists of 3 components. The high-voltage pipe is filled with Dilectic Fluid and must be frozen with liquid nitrogen so that the cables inside can be repaired over the course of several days.
- The outer most blanket is a Frost Prevention System Warm enough to prevent frost from building up on the outside of the system. This makes the job site workable and makes the task of melting the Freeze much quicker.
- The next layer is an insulation layer that helps keep the cold of the liquid nitrogen in, but also ensures that the Frost Prevention blanket does not have any effect on the Freeze. This utilizes a weather proof and durable exterior and aluminized fabric on the belly of the insulation blanket.
- The innermost layer is a Thaw Blanket. This system stays dormant throughout the Freeze and withstands the Cryogenic cold temperatures until it is activated. Once the repair is completed, and ice plug needs to be melted the Thaw Blanket dramatically reduces the time for the utility to turn the power back on and does so in a safer manner than conventional methods.
This entire system is packaged in hard plastic cases and is field ready- brought to the job site, installed, operated and removed by the crew. Durable and easy to use.
3-D Camera
 This aluminum extrusion is utilized for 3 dimensional photographs and is normally used in construction projects. Due to the sensitive nature of the device, very cold temperatures would cause the aluminum to contract and would impact the resulting photographs. Our heater design controls the temperature of the aluminum and eliminates this problem. Now the ability to continue working into colder winter months is enabled. The heating blanket can be easily installed and removed.
Tank and Bottle Heater
This 12 volt system is designed to maintain the proper pressure of the gas inside. Popular in Drag Racing, Nitrous Oxide needs to be released from the bottle at a steady rate. Cold weather reduces the internal pressure inside and the system can ont perform. By maintaining enough temperature in the bottle, sufficient pressure is attained. Thin, durable and designed for a 12 volt power supply. Easy to use. 
Bar Code Scanner Heater Accu-sort Systems had client who needed to install a bar code scanner in a frozen food freezer and the equipment would work properly in the sub-zero
temperature. Custom built to fit, the heater keeps the equipment at 40F via a small Micro Processor with Digital Display
