Built for drilling operations in Wyoming, this heating system sees the harshest of outdoor environments and handling. The two parts design allows the inner Heating Jacket to be installed ensuring direct contact with the tube, heating it to 200F. Then the outer insulation jacket made of closed cell foam is installed. The outer insulation layer has an aluminimzed Kevlar inner liner and PVC exterior making it durable, water-proof and a fantastic insulator.
